Terms and Conditions

Shipping Method:

We will ship your order using our reliable delivery team. Every product on our site has been carefully inspected prior to all deliveries. Within 24hrs of you placing an order, you will receive an email or phone call to set up a delivery date.

All items are delivered by a white glove service. White glove delivery service consists of a trained two-person team that will move your order from the truck into your home. Also, unpacking and debris removal, and assembly of items.

Please note: Deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box. An actual street address is required.

Returns and Damage:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of stock items, (Excluding Clearance Products. Special Orders, Mattress pads & Pillows) for a period of 72 Hours from the date of delivery, provided items being returned are found to be in New Condition. The full purchase price minus our actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you have already accepted the order and find that parts are missing or are damaged, please contact us immediately (within 24-48 hours) so we can ship replacement parts.

Items may be sent back on delivery truck for return if items does not fit in home for a full refund minus the delivery fee and a 10% restocking fee.

Made-to-Order, Personalized or Custom-Made Orders:

Any item that is made-to-order, personalized or custom-made is not eligible for a refund. All sales are final.

How To Cancel An Order:

To cancel an order, you must CALL US. We will not accept a cancellation request via e-mail. Orders must be cancelled 2 days prior to delivery day to ensure no loss of delivery charge.

How To Change Your Order:

If you need to change something about your order, such as a color, finish type, product or quantity, simply contact customer service by phone. A customer service person will ask for your order number. If you do not have that handy, your name and "bill to" information will be required. It is our policy to send an e-mail confirming the change on the original order.

Warranty Claims:

Sims Furniture will honor all factory warranties. The consumer is required to keep their original receipt to show proof of purchase. Warranty information is provided on the product or can be sent via- email. Excluded from this are all clearance items.
